Please know that I hold no degrees in medicine or the healing arts. If you need immediate help I encourage you to outreach to your communities mental health providers, other non-profit organizations that assist survivors or children/youth in unsafe situations.

May you know that G-d, Heavenly Mother, the creator or whomever you identify as divine is with you now and always. There are many safe, good individuals and organizations ready and willing to help.
